We work to prevent violence through awareness and education. We collaborate with community agencies to provide trauma-informed support and advocacy for every person in the District of Temiskaming who has experienced crime or sudden tragedy.

Who Is A Victim?

A victim is any person whose life has been affected by a criminal act or traumatic circumstance, regardless of severity. Victims are those whose personal rights have been violated by criminal, violent or aggressive act(s). Victims are also the family and survivors of those who have been traumatized as a result of crime, and/or tragedy.
